Lead Full-Stack Python Developer (Django/React)

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Leader to take ownership of our internal platform ecosystem supporting both Enterprise / Wholesale carrier operations and Consumer Telco services.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with real product delivery — shaping architecture, guiding teams, and driving platforms that directly support business growth and customer experience.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems from concept to production, while leading a distributed engineering and DevOps organization.
What You’ll Drive
End-to-end ownership of our internal platform suite, including CRM/CPQ, billing, provisioning/OSS, customer portals, and network tooling
Technical leadership across architecture, delivery standards, scalability, and production reliability
Leadership and mentorship of engineering and DevOps teams across multiple locations
Close collaboration with product and operational stakeholders to turn roadmap priorities into successful releases
Continuous improvement of engineering processes, delivery quality, and operational excellence
Required Experience
Strong English communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Proven senior engineering leadership experience within product or platform-focused environments
Solid backend engineering expertise with Python / Django
Strong frontend experience with React / TypeScript
Experience operating production systems on AWS using Kubernetes-based infrastructure
Background integrating payment systems, including card payments, direct debit, and reconciliation workflows
Experience leading distributed and offshore engineering teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Telco, ISP, or B2B SaaS environments
Familiarity with billing, CPQ, or provisioning platforms
Exposure to workflow orchestration platforms
Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure
