Full Stack Team Lead in a product company
The product company is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to work remotely.
Company is the fastest 'end-to-end' provider of data and trading technology in the foreign exchange, financial and futures markets.
The company has created a product that allows international companies and banks to conduct instant transactions on global currency exchanges with minimal time delay using company's low-latency gateway.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role.
At least 6 years of development experience within the Microsoft stack: C# / .NET / .Net Core / MVC / Angular (recent experience)/ HTML5 / Web Sockets.
Proven experience in Multithreading, system architecture, and LINQ.
Strong experience with
SQL
DB (MySQL) – including Stored Procedures, performance, and tuning.
Full-lifecycle development experience, from initial design through to
QA
.
High proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience in the financial industry.
Experience with Solace messaging bus.
Experience with Linux and Mono.
Relevant academic background
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers &
qa
, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
Act as a hands-on leader, spending 50% of your time on core development and architecture.
Lead projects within our application team, creating high-end automatic financial trading systems.
Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Take an active role in requirements definition and DevOps processes.
