We are looking for a skilled Power BI Engineer to join our data team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end analytics solutions — from connecting to raw data sources to publishing polished, actionable reports.
In this role you will work closely with the Business Analysis team to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into reliable BI solutions. You will also collaborate with the teams responsible for data source changes, ensuring that any upstream modifications are properly handled and do not impact the stability of existing reports and datasets.

Responsibilities:
Connect to and work with data sources, primarily SQL-based (Azure SQL)
Design and build semantic datasets in Power BI Desktop, including data models, relationships, and DAX measures
Develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI Desktop and publish them to Power BI Service
Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric entities: Warehouses, Data Pipelines, and Data Agents
Optimize data models for performance and usability
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all BI assets
Support report consumers and troubleshoot issues in existing reports and datasets
Requirements:
1+ years of experience with Power BI (Desktop and Service)
Strong SQL skills — ability to write complex queries, CTEs, and stored procedures
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
Hands-on experience with DAX — calculated columns, measures
Understanding of row-level security (RLS)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
Nice to have
Knowledge of Python or PySpark for data preparation tasks
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric: Warehouses, Data Pipelines, Data Agents
Microsoft certifications: PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) or DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer)
What we offer:

Free parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles
21 working days of paid vacation, plus paid sick leave

An experienced, open-minded team with global growth potential
