We operate in one of the most competitive and sophisticated categories on Amazon: Health & Wellness.
Our brands compete alongside industry leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made. We already have proven products, strong unit economics, and a solid operational foundation.

To support this growth, we're looking for a
highly organized and execution-focused Project Operations Manager
who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to our product and business operations.

About the Role
This is not a "track deadlines and send status updates" role.
We're a growing Amazon brand. We run like a tech team — ClickUp, sprints, Slack, clear ownership — but our product is e-commerce, not software. Right now we need someone to own the operational backbone of the company: build the processes, cut through the noise, and help us scale without losing speed or quality.

If you're the kind of person who walks into chaos and immediately starts thinking "here's how we fix this" — keep reading.

What You'll Own
Manage our ClickUp and Slack workspace: tasks, sprints, priorities, accountability
Translate leadership decisions into clear, actionable work for teams
Keep projects moving — and remove whatever gets in the way
Spot process bottlenecks and drive improvements before they become problems
Keep distributed teams aligned across time zones and functions
Track operational metrics: progress, velocity, KPIs
Support leadership on strategic initiatives as the business scales

Must Have
2+ years in project management, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar tools
Practical understanding of Agile / Kanban — not just theory
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal English (B2+)
Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing focus

Nice to Have
Background in e-commerce, Amazon, or consumer brands
Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
Work with distributed or remote teams
Basic understanding of SDLC

Who You Are
You don't wait for instructions — you create clarity yourself
You think in systems and processes, not isolated tasks
You own outcomes, not just activity
You're comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
You don't need to be managed — you manage yourself

What Success Looks Like at 3–6 Months
Teams have clear priorities and don't block each other
Risks are visible before they become fires
Leadership has a clean picture of what's happening across the business
Processes are simpler, faster, and ready to scale

What We Offer
Direct impact on company growth and operations
Close collaboration with founders from day one
High autonomy and real ownership
Remote-first with flexibility and trust
Competitive USD-based compensation
Room to grow as the business grows
