Senior Full-Stack Developer – Healthcare Technology
Remote | Contract, Part-Time or Full-Time
We are a small healthcare technology startup building custom software platforms including EHR, patient management, healthcare operations, and AI-enabled applications.
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and can independently take projects from concept to production.
Requirements
Strong React / Next.js experience
Strong Node.js / TypeScript experience
SQL database experience
AWS or GCP experience
Experience with API integrations
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot
Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar problems
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founders
Preferred
Healthcare, HIPAA, EHR, or FHIR experience
Experience designing application architecture
