Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer who can assess Python Lead and Senior-level engineers for enterprise financial services projects.

The interviewer will be responsible for conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates' expertise, providing structured feedback, and validating both technical and leadership competencies.

Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for Python Senior and Lead candidates.
Assess expertise in Python development, software architecture, and distributed systems.
Evaluate experience with financial systems, market data, trading platforms, and risk management solutions.
Validate knowledge of Python ecosystem and libraries including NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, and QuantLib.
Assess cloud, containerization, and CI/CD experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
Evaluate leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership for Lead-level candidates.
Provide detailed written interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
