Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
to join a high-impact, ~20-person engineering team operating in a dynamic startup environment. This is a
fully remote role
, working closely with a Tel Aviv—based team.
What You’ll Do
Own features end-to-end, from design to production
Work in autonomous full-stack teams (no separation between frontend and backend)
Build and scale cloud-native applications in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions
Contribute to daily production deployments
Leverage AI tools and coding agents as a core part of your workflow
What We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack development experience
AI-first mindset — hands-on experience using AI tools/agents in development (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to work across the entire stack in autonomous teams
Experience with large-scale systems or established companies (preferred)
Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with C# / .NET Core (primary stack)
Experience with Python (especially for AI-related workflows)
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or other major cloud providers
Experience building and operating cloud-native systems
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Environment & Culture

Engineering team of ~20, growing from 2 to 3 full-stack teams
Teams are fully cross-functional and own their domains
Daily deployments and rapid iteration cycles
Strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and impact
Hiring Process
