About the Role
We’re looking for a Middle Agent Developer to join a cross-functional product team. You won’t be building the system from scratch alone you’ll be plugging into an active development process, taking ownership of the agent and integration layer, and driving it to production quality.
The role requires someone who can onboard fast, navigate a complex technical stack without extensive handholding, and deliver working integrations at a consistent pace. The team moves quickly. Blockers get resolved, not escalated.
What You’ll Be Working On
Building and maintaining Python-based backend logic and tooling within the agent framework
Developing deep integrations: Figma, GitHub, Lava, Telegram, Google Workspace — wired into a unified agent interface
Implementing automation flows that propagate across a user’s connected service stack from a single agent action
Designing and integrating APIs and microservices for inter-system communication
Building content generation and lead generation pipelines
Working with browser automation (Playwright) and mobile automation (ADB)
Integrating and configuring LLM providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI
Contributing to MVP and POC architecture decisions together with the Tech Lead
Helping stabilize production-like contours around experimental AI systems
What We Expect
3+ years of commercial Python development, with at least 2 years building production-grade automation systems or AI agents
Solid integration engineering skills — OAuth flows, service APIs, connecting disparate tools into coherent agent behavior
Experience with Telegram Bot API and/or Telethon/Pyrogram
Experience with Google Workspace APIs (Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Admin SDK)
Understanding of LLM orchestration patterns: tool calls, function calling, multi-step agents
Hands-on experience with at least one agent framework (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom)
Familiarity with browser and mobile automation (Playwright, ADB)
Ability to read a brief, align with the team, and ship an MVP or POC without the architecture being handed to you step by step
High ownership: you flag blockers early, propose solutions, and close loops without being chased
Nice to Have
Experience with Lava or similar platforms
GitHub API integrations and webhook handling
Figma API
Docker and basic DevOps for agent deployment
Work Format
Remote, full-time
Monday—Friday, 40 hrs/week, flexible schedule coordinated with manager
Salary: $2400-2900
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short description of the most complex agent or integration you’ve built — what it did and what you used to build it. No cover letter needed.
