Middle Python Developer in Email Services (#1149)

Your expertise:
Python 3.10+ —
2–3
years of commercial experience (async / await, type hints, dataclasses, decorators, context managers)
Experience with high-load systems and concurrency — asyncio, multithreading, multiprocessing
Solid understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, DRY, KISS
Knowledge of core design patterns — Strategy, Factory, Observer
Understanding of Clean Architecture fundamentals — layer separation, dependency inversion
Designing and building REST APIs (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
Relational databases — PostgreSQL, SQL, ORM
Git — branching, code review, conflict resolution
Docker, Docker Compose — building and running containers
Writing tests — pytest, unit / integration, mocking external APIs
CI / CD — basic pipeline setup in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent
Basic experience with Kubernetes — deploying applications, working with pods, services, configmaps, reading logs
Daily hands-on use of Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants as part of the development workflow
Basic understanding of LLM concepts — tokenization, temperature, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool use / function calling
Soft skills:
Self-driven in exploring new AI tools and technologies
Ability to clearly document decisions and architectural approaches
Proactivity — suggesting process improvements through automation and AI
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the tech stack and tooling
Skill in decomposing complex tasks into manageable subtasks
Strong communication in a distributed team (written communication, async collaboration)
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience with a second programming language — Go
Experience with Helm charts, writing manifests, configuring Ingress and HPA in Kubernetes
Experience integrating with LLM APIs — Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI API
Understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering approaches
Experience with a multi-agent framework — AutoGen, LangGraph, or Anthropic Agent SDK (pet projects are acceptable)
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience setting up MCP servers

You will be involved into:
Develop and maintain Python services within high-load email infrastructure
Develop in Golang for tasks requiring high performance and low-level network programming
Integrate
LLM-based
tools and AI-powered automation into existing production systems
Design and implement REST APIs for internal and cross-team services
Work with containerized environments — build, deploy, and troubleshoot services in Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and propose automation solutions
Evaluate and prototype new AI tools, frameworks, and approaches for practical application in the team’s infrastructure

We are expanding the team with a Python Developer (Middle) who will take part in integrating AI tools into our existing infrastructure and workflows. This is not a research role — it is applied engineering: bringing LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI-powered automation into production-grade, high-load services.
