About the role
We're building a mobile-first financial product from the ground up — a consumer fintech app where people deposit funds, get a Visa/Mastercard card, send money to each other and trade all in one  place. It's an early-stage product with serious ambition and we want a senior Flutter engineer who  has shipped complex high-stakes mobile apps and wants real ownership of how this one gets built.
This is hands-on engineering not a management seat. You'll own core flows end to end, make  architecture calls and set the quality bar on a product where a bug can cost a user real money.

What you'll do
• Build and ship features across iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase.
• Own critical flows: onboarding and KYC, wallet and deposits, card management, P2P  transfers and the trading screens.
• Implement strong app-side security — secure storage, biometric login, certificate pinning  and obfuscation.
• Integrate REST and WebSocket APIs for real-time balances, prices and order updates. • Set up a clean, testable architecture and a solid CI/CD pipeline for fast, safe releases. • Run A/B tests and staged rollouts so we ship changes based on data, not guesses.

Tech you'll work with

Mobile:
Flutter, Dart, Bloc or Riverpod, Clean Architecture (feature-based / modular),  go_router.

Networking & data:
Dio + Retrofit, freezed / json_serializable, flutter_secure_storage,  Hive / Isar / Drift.
•
Security:
TLS / certificate pinning, biometric auth (Face ID / fingerprint), AES-256, code  obfuscation, Play Integrity / App Attest, 3D Secure.

Payments & identity:
Apple Pay / Google Pay, KYC/AML SDKs (Sumsub, Onfido, or  similar), card-issuing and payment-gateway integrations.

Real-time & charts:
WebSockets, fl_chart / Syncfusion charts, push notifications (FCM /  APNs).

Experimentation & analytics:
Firebase Remote Config + A/B Testing, feature flags,  Firebase Analytics / Amplitude, Crashlytics / Sentry.

CI/CD & testing:
Codemagic or GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Shorebird (code push), unit /  widget / integration tests.

What we're looking for
• 5+ years in mobile development, with strong, recent Flutter experience.
• At least one complex production app you can show us — ideally fintech, payments, betting  or trading, but other real-money or high-traffic domains count too (betting, large-scale e commerce, etc.).
• A solid grasp of mobile security and handling sensitive user data.
• Real experience with state management, clean architecture and automated testing. • Comfortable owning features end to end in a small, fast-moving team.
• Good written English for async, remote work.
Nice to have:
payments or KYC integrations, WebSocket-heavy real-time apps, trading/charting  UIs and full App Store / Play Store release ownership.
