We are looking for a
Technical Lead / Lead Backend Developer (.NET
) to join our growing team, working on a long-term engagement on an enterprise SaaS project specializing in Microsoft 365 governance.

Requirements
:
Strong backend engineering background in .NET / C#
Proven leadership / team lead experience - able to guide and support a team of senior developers, not just strong individual technical skills
Real, hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure
Experience working with GitHub-based workflows
Experience building or maintaining complex B2B SaaS platforms
Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
Comfortable working directly with engineering leadership on the project side
Open-minded and receptive to feedback, collaborative and non-defensive in working style
B2 English

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
Lead and mentor a team of 2 senior backend developers
Structure and prioritize backend engineering work, review technical decisions and architecture
Act as the main technical point of contact for the project's Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager
Drive backend development for complex B2B SaaS features: API integrations, automation, rule-based systems, admin dashboards, analytics/reporting, access control and audit logging
Contribute hands-on to backend development as needed
Help the team integrate smoothly into the project's existing engineering workflow and product development process
Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly to project stakeholders
Will be a plus:
Experience with SharePoint or Teams customizations and compliance/governance tooling
Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing engagements with European clients
