Python / C++ Software Engineer – Autonomous Systems

We're looking for a
Python / C++ Software Engineer
to help build the software powering next-generation autonomous systems.

This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong software engineering background, solid mathematical skills, and an interest in developing advanced control, navigation, and decision-making systems. We're hiring engineers at the
Mid to Senior
level.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and improve software for autonomous control and navigation.
Build and optimize decision-making and guidance algorithms.
Test and validate software in both simulation and real-world environments.
Investigate system performance using logs and diagnostic data.
Research modern algorithms and technical papers, then implement practical solutions.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in software engineering within robotics, machine learning, simulation, game development, or other algorithm-heavy environments.
Strong programming skills in
Python
and
C++
.
Experience with multithreaded or parallel programming.
Solid mathematical foundation, including:
Linear algebra (vectors, matrices, coordinate transformations)
Calculus (derivatives and integrals)

Nice to Have
Control systems or feedback control knowledge.
Competitive or algorithmic programming experience.
Signal processing.
Machine learning.
MAVLink.
Simulation platforms such as Gazebo or AirSim.
Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
Experience with PX4, Betaflight, or ArduPilot.
