Description
We are looking for a
Senior React Engineer
for a ticketing marketplace project focused on fast, mobile-first access to live events. The client has a high technical bar and expects engineers to work with autonomy, strong judgment, and consistency. The team values practical solutions, thoughtful reuse of existing patterns, and clear ownership of delivered work.
Requirements:
Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript;
Experience working in frontend production environments;
Experience with checkout flows is a huge plus;
Ability to work within an existing codebase and follow established team patterns;
Good ownership and communication in a client-facing team;
Ability to validate changes before release and reduce regressions;
Comfortable using AI-ssisted tools responsibly, with proper review and engineering judgment
Responsibilities:
Lead development of impactful frontend features and projects;
Mentor junior engineers and support a strong learning culture;
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and maintainable patterns;
Improve and optimize frontend performance where needed;
Contribute to SSR, SEO, and React performance-related initiatives;
Debug complex production issues with practical, hands-on ownership;
Work within the existing codebase and reuse established patterns;
Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and technical decisions clearly;
Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully, with proper validation and review
