About the role
We're looking for a Backend Developer with strong Node.js experience to build and ship blockchain products, mainly in the Solana ecosystem, with occasional EVM-related tasks. You'll work on real client products: payment flows, swaps, cross-chain bridges, token mechanics, and transaction logic.

We care less about how many years you've logged and more about how you think: how you break down a problem, gather requirements before building, weigh trade-offs, and reason about architecture.

What you'll do
Build new features and services from scratch, and support existing ones
Build, sign, and send transfer and swap transactions
Work with Solana mechanics: token accounts, priority fees, multi-signature transactions, transaction building
Integrate with Solana/DeFi protocols such as Pump.fun, Jupiter, Raydium, Meteora, and similar platforms
Take part in architecture discussions—your input on design decisions matters
Debug, fix, and harden production solutions

What we're looking for
3+ years of commercial backend experience
Strong Node.js experience
Solid understanding of blockchain mechanics: gas, priority fees, token account creation, multi-signatures
Hands-on experience with Solana tooling: Solscan, Solana Explorer, transaction analysis and transaction building
Experience building, signing, and sending transfer and swap transactions
Comfortable with Bignumber.js / bn.js for safe big-number math
Experience with Solana/DeFi protocols such as Pump.fun, Jupiter, Raydium, Meteora, or similar
Familiarity with Jira, Git, and GitFlow

Nice to have
Experience with EVM-based chains: Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche, etc.
Experience with cross-chain bridges: lock/mint and liquidity models
Experience with token launch mechanics or meme-coin creation
Outsource/agency background
