Your Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support project delivery, coordinate tasks with the team, and gradually take ownership of project activities while learning from experienced PMs.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build practical project management skills and grow into a full Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
Support planning and coordination of multiple projects
Assist in communication with international clients under mentor guidance
Gather and document project requirements
Maintain tasks and project documentation in ClickUp
Track deadlines, progress, and dependencies
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Prepare project status updates and reports
Support project kick-offs, handovers, and project closure
Escalate risks and blockers when needed
Learn and apply Agile and SDLC practices

Required Skills & Expectations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Basic understanding of software development
Interest in project management and IT
Good communication and teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Commercial experience is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn matter most

Nice to Have
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum
Experience with ClickUp or similar tools
Basic understanding of SaaS or e-commerce
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
