JOB TITLE:
DevOps Engineer

LOCATION:
Ukraine (remote), Poland (remote), Uzbekistan (Hybrid)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The organization assists large-scale businesses in bridging cryptography oversight and future-proof security planning with tangible risk scenarios and compliance requirements. Leveraging several years of applied experience in quantum-resistant initiatives and collaborations across a broad range of enterprises, the offering provides a new class of platform focused on long-term cryptographic flexibility.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience as DevOps / SRE or a related field

EDUCATION:
BS or MS in Math, Computer Science, Engineering

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP (multi-cloud environments)
Expertise with container-based technologies, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Expertise with infrastructure as code, configuration management tools, and cloud automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
Good understanding of networking and security concepts
Experience in defining and building CI/CD processes and working with common CI/CD tools, including GitOps-based delivery with Helm and ArgoCD
Experience in Linux Systems Administration, scripting, and troubleshooting in a production environment
Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently

NICE TO HAVE:

Awareness of Cryptography concepts and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications)
Experience with microservices, serverless architecture
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana)
Knowledge in Jenkins, Groovy, CDK
Experience with scripting using languages such as Python, Go, PowerShell, etc
A passion for everything performance, observability, availability, scalability, and security with experience owning and delivering projects using Agile methodologies

DUTIES:
Design and implement new service offerings on top of a strong cloud foundation
Support development teams in leveraging our larger machine learning operations (MLOps)
Drive the design, implementation, and management for expanding observability infrastructure, keeping up to date with new technologies
Lead sustainable incident response, blameless postmortems, and production improvements that result in direct business opportunities
Collaborate with software development and the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain multiple business offerings
Automate deployment, scaling, and management of infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and practices
Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Manage and secure cloud-based environments (AWS)
Implement and maintain configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
Collaborate in designing and implementing security best practices throughout the development and deployment pipelines
Take part in periodical On-Call responsibilities, alongside your fellow team members
Define and document best practices across all pillars of DevOps/SRE
