We are looking for a proactive and motivated
IT Warehouse & Asset Specialist,
who will work in a fast-paced environment of a growing DefTech company.

Responsibilities:

Manage IT warehouse operations and physical stock of equipment
Receive, store, and issue IT hardware according to established procedures
Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse stock
Process equipment write-offs and prepare assets for disposal
Coordinate transfer of faulty equipment to service centers and track repair status
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of IT assets in the warehouse

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse operations or stockroom management (IT background preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management principles and documentation practices
Ability to work with asset tracking or warehouse management systems
Physical ability to handle and move IT equipment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to have:

Experience with ITSM platforms
Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems
ITIL Foundation certification
