About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who want to grow into a full-stack developer role. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, contribute to real features, and develop practical skills that go beyond theory.
What You’ll Do
Assist in developing backend services using Node.js
Support frontend development (UI components, user flows)
Work with APIs and integrate frontend with backend systems
Fix bugs and improve existing features
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Write clean and maintainable code
Your Growth Path
As a Trainee, you will:
Learn how real production systems are built
Gain experience across both frontend and backend
Work with modern tools and technologies
Gradually take ownership of small features
Grow into a Middle Full Stack Developer role

Requirements
Basic knowledge of JavaScript
Understanding of how web applications work
Interest in full-stack development
Basic Git knowledge
English level: B1+
Strong motivation to learn and grow
Nice to Have
Pet projects (frontend, backend, or full stack)
Familiarity with any JS framework (React, Vue, etc.)
Basic understanding of APIs
