About the Role
We’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end — from understanding the problem to delivering production-ready solutions.
You’ll work on a

real product with real users, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Build and ship features across frontend and backend
Take ownership from idea to production
Work closely with product to understand user needs
Contribute to a live system with real user impact
Actively use AI tools in your daily development workflow
Requirements
3+ years of experience (
5+ preferred, or strong track record
)
React (must-have)
Backend experience with
Python / Java / Node.js
Hands-on experience across both frontend and backend
Experience working on real products used by users
Strong product understanding (not just task execution)
Experience with
Cloud / SaaS environments
Strong English communication skills
Important
Must be comfortable working with
unclear or evolving requirements
Should be able to explain how users interact with what they built
Candidates who only worked from strict specs or on internal tools are not a fit
Active use of AI tools is required
(coding, debugging, productivity)
Nice to have
Background in established, high-performing product companies
Experience working on products at scale
