We are looking for a
Senior Backend Developer (.NET)
to join our growing team, working on a long-term engagement on an enterprise SaaS project specializing in Microsoft 365 governance.

Requirements:
4-5+ years of commercial backend development experience
Strong, independent backend engineering skills in .NET / C#
Real, hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure
Experience working with GitHub-based workflows
Experience building or maintaining complex B2B SaaS platforms
Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
Able to take ownership of tasks and move them forward with minimal guidance
Open-minded and receptive to feedback, collaborative and non-defensive in working style
B2 English

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of backend tickets and move them forward independently
Contribute to ongoing product development, not just isolated task execution
Build and maintain backend features for a complex B2B SaaS platform: API integrations, automation, rule-based systems, admin dashboards, analytics/reporting, access control, audit logs, and compliance/governance workflows
Work closely with the Technical Lead and the rest of the engineering team
Integrate into the project's existing engineering workflow and contribute to long-term product evolution

Will be a plus:
Experience with SharePoint or Teams customizations and compliance/governance tooling
Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing engagements with European clients
