An international product company is looking for an experienced
VoIP Tech Support Engineer
to own business-critical communication systems powering customer interactions.
You'll work with cloud telephony providers, messaging platforms, APIs and automation while ensuring high availability and reliability across all communication channels.

Responsibilities
Administer cloud telephony platforms (Twilio, Vonage, Voximplant or similar)
Configure SIP trunks, routing rules, IVR, call queues and forwarding logic
Support voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp communication channels
Monitor service quality, spam reputation and delivery performance
Investigate incidents using logs and provider tools
Build integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks and WebSockets
Collaborate with software engineers on new communication features
Improve operational efficiency through automation

Requirements
Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP and IP telephony
Experience with cloud communication providers
Understanding of call routing and telecom infrastructure
Experience troubleshooting production systems
Comfortable reading logs and working with APIs
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
