About the Company
Established in 2004, ALLSTARSIT was founded with a clear vision: to enhance the landscape of global IT employment by bridging the gap between companies and skilled professionals. The core belief was that assembling a team shouldn’t be hindered by geographical constraints. Fast forward to the present day, ALLSTARSIT stands as an international outstaffing service provider committed to change the way businesses recruit, compensate, and oversee top talent worldwide.
With operational hubs scattered across Europe, Asia, and LATAM, and its headquarters situated in San Francisco, US, the company boasts a workforce of over 1,000 adept professionals. Spanning across more than 20 countries, ALLSTARSIT offers a diverse range of skilled employees across various verticals, including AI, cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, telecom, media, and so on.
About the Project
This product builds a continuous security validation platform that simulates real-world cyber attacks against enterprise systems.
Instead of relying on static checks or occasional penetration testing, the platform automatically generates and runs attack scenarios based on evolving threat patterns, allowing teams to see how their infrastructure, tools, and processes actually behave under pressure.
It’s closer to “automated offensive security at scale” than traditional cybersecurity tools through testing not just systems, but also human response and operational readiness.
Considered locations:
Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan.
Potential working week:
Sun-Thu (negotiable for Mon-Fri), standard working hours.
Required skills:
3+ for the Middle level / 5+ for the Senior level years of commercial experience in full-stack development
Strong Back-End expertise in
Kotlin
Solid Front-End experience with
React.js
Experience building distributed or high-load systems
Ability to work with complex workflows and non-trivial system logic
Bonus: exposure to cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure-heavy environments
What makes this interesting
You build systems that actively
break things on purpose
(in a controlled way)
Real-world impact: your features directly influence how companies prevent breaches
Small team → high ownership, no layers of “approval theater”
Product complexity comes from
behavior simulation
, not CRUD forms
Scope of work:
Design and build end-to-end features across Back-End (Kotlin) and Front-End (React.js)
Develop systems that generate, orchestrate, and execute complex attack scenarios
Work on automation pipelines simulating real attacker behavior and flows
Build scalable services handling distributed execution and large data streams
Collaborate closely with security researchers and product to translate threats into product features
Own features from idea to production
