Backend & frontend developers
Business analysts
QA engineers
DevOps
The team is established and motivated — now it needs a strong technical leader.

What You’ll Do
Lead development on Creatio
Design and evolve the system architecture
Mentor and grow the engineering team
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts
Build the foundation for future mobile and web solutions

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience as a Team Lead
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Creatio
Strong knowledge of:
C#, .NET
JavaScript, ExtJS
REST API
SQL (MS SQL Server)
Understanding of:
HTTP, XML/JSON
SDLC (Agile / Scrum)
Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins) and Git
