We’re looking for a
mid-level
engineer who can already ship solid features end-to-end and wants to keep getting better — fast. You don’t need to know everything yet, but you should care about clean code, ask good questions, and enjoy working alongside experienced developers who’ll have your back.
If you like seeing your work actually used by people, and you’re curious about modern tooling (including AI-assisted development), you’ll feel at home here.

The role

You’ll join the engineering team behind a multi-application web platform built on .NET and Angular and hosted on Azure. You’ll own real features, contribute to code reviews, and grow under the guidance of senior engineers.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
Design, build, and maintain features
across the .NET backend and Angular frontend.
Collaborate closely with the team —
join refinements, share ideas, and help define what “done” looks like.
Improve what’s already there —
spot performance issues, refactor messy code, and make the codebase a better place to work in.
Take part in code reviews
(both giving and receiving constructive feedback).
Troubleshoot real problems —
from production bugs to tricky performance issues — and learn from each one.
Use modern tooling,
including AI-assisted development, to ship higher-quality code faster.
What you’ll work with

Our stack today, and where we’re heading:
Backend:
C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core Web API, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC), Web APIs, LINQ, ADO.NET.
Frontend:
Angular + TypeScript (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Some jQuery still lives in older modules.
Data:
Microsoft SQL Server with T-SQL — queries, joins, and the occasional stored procedure.
Cloud & DevOps:
Azure, Azure DevOps, Git for version control.
AI tooling:
we actively use AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) — you’ll learn them on the job if you haven’t already.

What makes you a fit

Less about ticking every box, more about how you think and how you grow.

Engineering depth

3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
Comfortable with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.
Solid Angular skills (latest versions preferred), plus TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building and consuming Web APIs.
Working knowledge of LINQ, ADO.NET, and T-SQL against MS SQL Server.
Strong fundamentals: OOP principles and a real understanding of GoF design patterns — you can pick the right one, not just name them.
Confident with Git (or TFS) and everyday version control workflows.

How you work

Reliable: when you commit to something, it gets done — and you flag risks early when it won’t.
A real team player — you ask for help when stuck and offer it when you can.
Open to feedback and willing to push back thoughtfully when you disagree.
Care about the user, not just the code — you ask “does this actually solve the problem?”

Mindset

Curious about new tech, especially AI-assisted development — or at minimum, eager to learn it.
Always looking to level up — whether that’s patterns, tooling, or soft skills.
English at B2+ — you can collaborate clearly with the team and stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience working in an NX monorepo or a similar multi-project setup.
Worked with Azure or another cloud platform in production.
Exposure to NoSQL stores like Cosmos DB.
Familiarity with Angular Material or another component library.
A GitHub profile, portfolio, blog, or anything else that shows how you think.

What you can expect from us

Mentorship that actually happens.
You’ll work alongside senior engineers who’ll review your code, pair on tough problems, and help you level up.
Real feature ownership.
You won’t just pick up tickets — you’ll own pieces of the product end-to-end.
A learning culture.
Time and budget for AI tooling, courses, books, and conferences. We want you sharper a year from now than you are today.
Modern ways of working.
AI-assisted development is welcome (and encouraged), not viewed with suspicion.
Flexibility.
Remote-friendly / hybrid setup with flexible hours — we care about output, not where you sit.
Competitive salary.
Based on your experience and skills.
A grounded team.
Friendly people, supportive management, and a working environment that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Sound like you?

If most of this resonates — even if you don’t check every single box — we’d love to hear from you. Tell us about a project you’re proud of, and what you’d like to learn next.
