We are seeking a
Lead Full-stack Software Developer
to join our team and drive the development of a cutting-edge insurance platform. If you are passionate about full-stack development, thrive on working with modern technologies such as .NET Core, React, Azure and SQL and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Please note that remote work is available only for candidates based in Ukraine.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and enhance applications that process, report and reconcile insurance and financial data with accuracy and compliance
Write efficient, testable and maintainable full-stack code following industry standards and requirements
Build robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core on Azure
Design and optimize complex MS SQL queries and stored procedures for financial/accounting systems
Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams, contributing to team goals and supporting peers
Provide guidance as a subject matter expert to deliver scalable solutions that address business and financial needs
Ensure timely delivery by meeting sprint commitments and actively participating in planning and reviews
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
3-5
years of experience in full-stack web application development
Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Linq, Entity Framework (EF)
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Background in web application development using ReactJS or Vue.js
Knowledge of Azure cloud services such as Container Apps, AKS, Redis, Azure Functions
Competency in CI/CD tools like ADO or Jenkins
Ability to document requirements and specifications accurately
Capability to work independently within a team environment
B2+ English proficiency
Nice to have
Understanding of micro-services architecture
Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes and containerization
Background in UI libraries like Bootstrap
