We’re looking for a Junior Radio Support Engineer who is eager to grow in a hands-on technical role, supporting real-world UAV operations and learning from experienced engineers.
Impact & Responsibilities

Contribute to daily support team operations by communicating with end customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations in RF field

Participate in hardware service and repair activities in the lab using tools and RF equipment alongside senior RF engineers

Assist in communication between engineering teams and field users

Help troubleshoot technical issues in real-world environments

Participate in analyzing flight data and logs

Document issues, findings, and solutions clearly

Support coordination between US and UA teams

Qualifications

Basic technical background (student or graduate in CS, EE, aviation, radio engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical knowledge

Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills

Interest in UAV/UAS systems and radio technologies

Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Attention to detail and structured approach to tasks

English level: Intermediate or higher

Bonus Qualifications

Basic understanding of RF systems or radio communications

Familiarity with UAV/UAS systems

Exposure to spectrum analysis or signal processing

Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C++ or Python)

Experience working with technical data or logs
