What you’ll do
Translate product and technical ideas into
clear tasks for AI agents
Guide AI agents to produce
production-ready code
Review, refine, and improve AI-generated code
Choose the
right models and tools
for each task
Push features all the way to
production
In short:
you manage an AI-powered dev team that writes code for you.
What we’re looking for
1+ year of web development experience
3+ months of hands-on work with AI coding tools
Experience working with
AI agents
(not just autocomplete)
Ability to
read code and do code reviews
Solid understanding of
frontend, backend, and APIs
Advanced English
Nice to have
Built projects
mostly or fully using AI
Know how to
optimize AI usage for cost and limits
Actively follow
new models and AI dev tools
Experience with
mobile development
