Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Middle+ TechOps Engineer to oversee
the smooth operation of our data collection and processing pipelines. The ideal
candidate will have experience managing large-scale automated data gathering
systems, ensuring seamless deployments, and maintaining system efficiency across a
complex microservices environment.
Responsibilities
RiskSeal data collection platform support & maintenance
Configuration of new environments, clients, data sources
Troubleshoot data harvesting issues
Optimize system performance & minimize downtime of data collection algorithms
Monitoring the state of integrations of data collection
Take part in production deployments ensuring continuous operation and no customer impact
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role in a data-intensive environment.
Experience working with automation tools, web data collection workflows.
Experience working with databases such as MySQL, ClickHouse, etc.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, LogChef, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
