Junior IT Support Engineer
This is a position for energetic, well-organized, and positive individuals.
Responsibilities
Handling incidents and requests in JIRA and Slack
Providing support and consultations to CQ Residents and the CQ Team
Installing and configuring software
Performing inventory and keeping asset records up to date
Maintaining order in the IT warehouse
Troubleshooting network, software, and hardware issues
Managing user accounts in internal systems
Managing access rights in the Access Control System
Supporting Video and Audio Conference Systems
Requirements
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
English B1 (Intermediate)
Experience in IT support is preferred, but not required. We are open to students and candidates without work experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Networks, IT Equipment, Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems and Print Systems
