We are a U.S.-based Truck Driving School located in Taylor, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to train students to operate semi-trucks and other heavy-duty equipment and successfully obtain their
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

Your role is critical — you will be responsible for promptly contacting every potential student and guiding them toward scheduling an appointment with our School Director.

You will be the first point of contact for our future students 😊 Every lead is important — your responsibility is to ensure no potential client is ever missed.
⚡ It is extremely important to contact each lead
immediately
after they submit an application, send a message, or interact with our page. Delays significantly reduce the chances of successfully reaching them later.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📞 Call 100% warm leads (clients are expecting your call — no cold calling 😊)
📲 Take incoming calls and handle them professionally
💬 Respond promptly to messages on Facebook and Instagram
💭 Monitor and react to comments on social media
📅 Schedule appointments and guide prospects through next steps
📊 Monitor incoming leads and ensure all are handled properly
🚨 Ensure no lead is missed under any circumstances
🔁 Perform consistent follow-ups to maximize scheduled appointments
📝 Keep all communication properly documented and organized
