As a
Customer Support Agent,
you are the first point of contact for our customers: you help prospective buyers in live chat, guide existing customers through their orders, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Possible Schedules (Hours are Flexible):

Requirements:
English at B2 level or higher, with experience in professional written communication — polite, efficient, and grammatically correct.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to read a situation, analyze the available information, and act on it.
Basic logical thinking and confidence with simple calculations.
Confident PC user with basic Google Sheets skills.
Reliability and responsiveness — you reply fast and keep conversations on track.
Knowledge of competitive online games and how their ranking systems work — or a genuine willingness to quickly learn the basics.
Discretion when handling sensitive and private information.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and professionally to incoming live-chat inquiries from prospective and current customers.
Understand each customer’s request, answer accurately, and resolve issues in the fewest steps.
Process customer orders from start to finish, keeping our internal dashboards and order records accurate and up to date.
Handle order- and payment-related questions and confirmations in accordance with our established procedures.
Coordinate with the rest of the team and with boosters/coaches to move orders forward, and escalate cases that require a manager’s decision.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in customer support, sales, or community management (ideally in gaming or e-commerce).
Familiarity with the games we cover (CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends, Apex Legends, and others).
