Job VC
Full Stack Developer (.NET + React)
Technologies
Description
CQUELLE is a boutique software development company helping clients in FinTech, HealthTech, InsurTech, and AdTech build reliable and long-lasting digital products.
We focus on quality, pragmatism, and strong engineering culture — not bureaucracy. Our teams stay small, communication direct, and responsibilities real.
We’re looking for a Middle Full Stack
Developer who writes clean, maintainable code, enjoys learning, and takes ownership of the work delivered. You’ll join a team that values thoughtful engineering, collaboration, and steady improvement over buzzwords and micromanagement.
About the Role
You’ll work with a small, experienced team delivering custom software products for international clients.
Our main stack is .NET on the backend and React on the frontend, with infrastructure on Azure or AWS.
From time to time, you may also
work with unfamiliar technologies
— for example, small modules written in Python or integrations requiring a new framework. Curiosity and adaptability are more important than knowing every tool upfront.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using .NET and React
Participate in design and architecture discussions
Collaborate directly with clients, product owners, and other developers
Estimate, plan, and deliver features on time
Review code and contribute to improving technical standards
Occasionally explore or integrate unfamiliar technologies when projects require it
Requirements
3–5
years of practical experience with .NET (Core, ASP.NET, Web API) and React
Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
Experience with Entity Framework, SQL, and REST API design
Comfortable working with existing codebases and refactoring legacy logic
Good written and spoken English for day-to-day communication
A proactive mindset — you take initiative and look for better approaches, not just tasks to complete
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with microservices or modular architectures
Understanding of security and performance optimization
What We Offer
Competitive compensation
Fully remote work with flexible hours
A small, focused team that values autonomy and clarity
Meaningful projects — not endless maintenance work
A culture that rewards curiosity, ownership, and craftsmanship
At CQUELLE, we care about building things that work — and about people who make them work well.
If you enjoy solving real problems, growing your skills, and working with a team that values precision and responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
