We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join a new mobile project for an Android tablet application.
Requirements:
4+ years in mobile development, preferably 3+ years with Flutter
Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
Experience with offline-first mobile applications
Experience with SQLite or other local mobile storage
Experience with API integration
Understanding of background sync on Android
Experience or solid understanding of WorkManager
Ability to work with an existing architecture and follow technical guidelines
Upper-Intermediate or higher English
Attention to detail and ability to work with complex business logic

Responsibilities:
Develop new features for the Flutter tablet application
Implement offline-first logic and local data persistence
Build and maintain SQLite-based local storage flows
Implement automatic sync with the backend API when Wi-Fi is available
Work with PIN-based authentication and role-based user flows
Implement exam scoring flows, timers, deductions, and result submission logic
Follow the provided architecture and coding guidelines
Collaborate with the client’s technical lead and our delivery team

It will be a plus:
Experience with Android tablet applications
Experience with background isolates in Flutter
Experience with sync queues, retries, and conflict handling
Experience with WorkManager in production apps
Experience with complex form/scoring/business logic
Basic understanding of .NET API integration context
