We are a Ukrainian DefenseTech company developing cutting-edge solutions for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). Our team brings together experts in Robotics and AI, including ex-Google engineers and professionals with international DeepTech experience. We tackle complex engineering challenges in environments where any failure comes at a high cost. We are looking for an engineer to develop a new product currently in the R&D stage and actively undergoing field testing in Ukraine.

What you'll do
Develop and improve computer vision and autonomous navigation algorithms
Build and optimize CV pipelines for real-time operation
Optimize model inference for edge compute hardware
Design and run tests — from simulation through to real hardware in the field
Integrate software components with hardware platforms
Contribute to sensor and camera selection and system architecture decisions alongside the team

What we need from you
Python and C++ at production level
ROS / ROS2: building and maintaining nodes, system debugging
Computer vision pipeline: OpenCV, real-time video, stereo processing, depth estimation
SLAM experience — ORB-SLAM, RTAB-Map, OpenVINS, or equivalent
Experience with autonomous platform control systems (ArduPilot, PX4, or equivalent)
Model deployment on edge hardware (Jetson, RPi, or equivalent)
Comfortable with real hardware: sensor calibration, field debugging

Nice to have
Experience with thermal or depth cameras
Object detection / segmentation and custom training pipelines
Experience with simulation environments (Webots, Gazebo, AirSim, or equivalent)
Background working with UGV or UAV platforms
Experience in defense or dual-use robotics
