About the Project
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Go Developer
to join a long-term remote project. The ideal candidate has strong commercial experience with Go and is comfortable working in a Polish-speaking environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go.
Build scalable, high-performance applications.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing services.
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong commercial experience with
Go (Golang)
.
Experience designing and developing backend services and APIs.
Good understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Polish language – B2 or higher (spoken is mandatory).
English –
B2 or higher is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
