We are seeking a detail-oriented
Project Manager
to support the
ServiceNow Platform Solutions (SPS)
team that delivers multiple projects a year. This role is critical in enabling the effective coordination, tracking, and communication of multiple initiatives. Additionally, the SM Platform team will leverage this role to manage platform upgrade projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, peer project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely delivery, and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Tracking
Maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers across multiple workstreams
Monitor progress against milestones and escalate deviations as required
Track dependencies, risks, and issues (RAID) and ensure timely updates and escalation
Project Management Governance and Reporting
Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation and reporting standards
Drive materials for governance forums and leadership reviews
Stakeholder Communication
Drive communication across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and workshops, capturing actions and decisions
Ensure clear and timely communication of project updates, risks, and decisions
Documentation and Process Support
Maintain centralized documentation repositories and ensure version control
Standardize project processes, templates, and reporting frameworks
Drive audit readiness and compliance documentation where required
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Project Management, preferably within large-scale programs or platform transformations
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Experience in project tracking, reporting, and coordination activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies
Preferred Experience
Experience with large-scale platform transformation or modernization initiatives.
Experience supporting governance, audit, or compliance documentation.
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)
