Junior Manual QA Engineer

Junior Manual QA Engineer
to help ensure the quality of mobile and web applications across a variety of exciting digital projects.

Requirements:
- A minimum of
6 months of experience
in manual software testing.
- Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience in manual testing of websites and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, etc.

Proficient in spoken, reading, and writing English
to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Availability to work in the EST (Toronto) time zone with partial flexible overlap.
- Completion of QA courses will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software products to identify any defects or issues.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues.
- Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
