Product that needs your engagement
As Head of Product Management, you will build and lead Devart BU’s Product Management function, defining product vision, strategy, and execution across our portfolio. The portfolio includes dbForge, Connectivity, Insightis, and the next generation of AI-native products (dbForge 2.0, AI Connectivity, MCP).
Your future challenges and opportunities
Devart BU is building a dedicated Product function to strengthen product leadership across the portfolio. This role will define product strategy and delivery, transforming deep technical capabilities into market-leading products while accelerating the next generation of AI-native solutions, including dbForge 2.0, AI Connectivity, and Insightis.

Own the future of Devart’s product portfolio, driving the evolution of established products and next-generation AI-native solutions.
Challenges
Build and mature a growing Product organization, establishing leadership standards, product culture, and scalable ways of working rather than stepping into an already established Product team.
Quickly build deep domain expertise across highly technical products, partnering closely with Engineering to understand complex technologies and translate them into customer value and product strategy.
Lead the portfolio through transformation, balancing investment in next generation products while protecting and growing the existing business without creating unnecessary product overlap or cannibalization.
Influence senior cross-functional leaders without formal authority, aligning Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Support, and Analytics around shared product priorities and strategic decisions.
Impact you will make
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmap across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable commercial outcomes.
Establish a value-first product operating model by prioritizing initiatives based on revenue, retention, and long-term business impact.
Drive AI-native product direction, shaping the evolution of AI Assistant, MCP servers, and modern developer experience as key strategic growth areas.
Lead product discovery by translating customer needs, market insights, and technical capabilities into validated product decisions and differentiated product offerings.
Define and measure product success through clear KPIs, activation and retention metrics, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies across the product portfolio.
Skills we are looking for
7+ years of experience
in Product Management for B2B and technical software products, including
3+ years leading and building Product teams
(Head of Product, Group Product Manager, Director of Product, or CPO level).
Proven track record
of defining product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmaps for technically complex products (developer tools, databases, data infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise platforms), delivering measurable impact on revenue, retention, adoption, and business growth.
Strong technical product mindset
. Comfortable partnering with Engineering, understanding complex technical concepts (databases, APIs, connectivity, developer tooling, enterprise software), and making architecture-aware product decisions.
Experience driving AI-native product strategy,
including LLM powered products, MCP, AI agents, developer tooling, or AI-assisted workflows. Able to identify opportunities where AI creates sustainable product differentiation.
Experience building and scaling Product organizations
, including hiring and developing Product Managers and establishing scalable product operating models, discovery practices, and delivery processes.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
Comfortable defining product success through activation, retention, cohort analysis, ARPU, CAC, LTV, churn, ROI, and other business metrics to drive prioritization and investment decisions.
Experience with pricing, packaging, and monetization
for SaaS and/or licensed software products, including platform, API, and AI-enabled offerings.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
. Proven ability to align Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Support, and Analytics around shared product goals, influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, and successfully lead organizational change.
