About the Role
This role combines
commercial coordination and inside sales support
with
hands-on logistics execution
, ensuring accurate quoting, efficient order processing, and seamless shipment management - from factory to warehouse and onward to the customer.
You will act as a key point of coordination between customers, the EU sales team, and internal operations, taking ownership of orders from quote through to final delivery.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with significant ownership,
ideal for someone building a career in operations, supply chain, or commercial delivery within a product-based organization.
Working hours: 9 AM-6 PM Kyiv time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Management
Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with high accuracy
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and delivery status
Follow up on submitted RFQs/RFPs and support sales pipeline progression
Maintain and update customer records including contact, shipping, and billing information
Logistics & Delivery Execution
Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to execute shipments
Communicate delivery schedules and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Operations Coordination
Track and update order and purchase order status within ERP
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Support
Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally across European markets
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Structured, problem-solving mindset
Upper-Intermediate English
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
