We are currently looking for a
Middle Full-Stack Developer
who is confident taking ownership, delivering solid technical solutions and contributing across both backend and frontend development.
The Stack
Backend-first environment:
Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Express, Fastify, Hono, tRPC, REST, GraphQL
Data layer:
Drizzle ORM, Prisma, TypeORM, SQL, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ
Frontend:
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Cloud & delivery:
Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS, GCP, Azure, Railway, Vercel
Architecture & tooling:
clean architecture, modular monolith, microservices, event-driven systems, monorepo, Turborepo, Biome, ESLint, Prettier
LLM (basics):
LLM Provider API, AI SDK / orchestration level, Vector DB / retrieval, Parsing / Chunking / Ingestion, Storage, Queue / Background Jobs
AI as functionality:
RAG, chat, semantic search, agents / tool calling, voice / speech flows, image generation / image understanding, auto-tagging / moderation / recommendations
What You Will Do
Build full-stack functionality that moves the product forward
Take ownership of delivery from first input to production release
Turn requirements into working solutions without losing speed or quality
Write backend-heavy, production-ready code and stay confident across the full stack
Integrate APIs, services and tools that expand product capabilities
Fix what is broken, improve what is weak and strengthen what already works
Make practical technical decisions based on product reality, not engineering vanity
Work closely with stakeholders and keep delivery transparent at every stage
Spot blockers, surface risks early and communicate clearly
Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards and a strong delivery culture
Qualifications
2.5+ years of commercial experience in full stack development
Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Confident hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally React, Next.js, Angular or Vue
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and relevant frameworks
Experience building and integrating APIs, services and third-party tools
Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases
Practical experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of software development best practices, code quality principles, and maintainable engineering approaches
Ability to work independently on medium-complexity tasks and deliver with ownership
Strong problem-solving skills and clear, proactive communication
English level: at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
