Data Engineer
to join our dynamic team and accelerate the growth of our high-load advertising technology platform.
The Role
As a Data Engineer at
SIEMA TECH
, you will play a crucial role in managing our massive datasets, designing scalable data pipelines, and implementing advanced solutions to power our real-time analytical capabilities. You will work closely with our software engineering, data analytics, and product management teams to transform raw, high-velocity data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.
What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to process billions of advertising events.

Develop real-time streaming architectures and batch processing workflows using modern Big Data tools.

Optimize data storage, querying performance, and cost management across cloud data warehouses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple data sources, clickstreams, and advertising logs into a unified lakehouse/warehouse environment.

Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all data layers.

Requirements (Mandatory)

3+ years of experience
as a Data Engineer strictly within the
AdTech industry
(this is a hard requirement).

Proven track record of building and maintaining
large-scale data pipelines
(High-Volume & High-Load).

Advanced Python and SQL
skills (query optimization, complex transformations, and scripting).

Hands-on production experience with
Apache Spark
(PySpark/Scala) and
Apache Kafka
.

Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (
AWS, Azure, or GCP
).

Strong experience working with modern cloud data warehouses such as
Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
.

Strong background in processing
high-volume event, clickstream, or advertising data
.

English level: upper intermediate
and above.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems:
RTB, DSP, SSP, OpenRTB protocols, multi-touch attribution, or campaign performance analytics
.

Familiarity with orchestration and transformation tools like
Apache Airflow
and
dbt
.

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
