We are looking for an
exceptional Senior Fullstack Engineer
with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems. This is not a typical senior role — we are specifically targeting engineers with
10+ years of real, hands-on experience
who can operate at a very high technical level.
About the Project:
You will be working on a Germany-based platform designed for
construction contractors
, helping streamline workflows, coordination, and project execution across the industry.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full stack (frontend + backend);
Architect scalable and high-performance systems using
TypeScript, Node.js, and React;
Take ownership of technical decisions and drive architecture improvements;
Work on complex product logic related to contractor workflows and construction processes;
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code;
Conduct code reviews and enforce high engineering standards;
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features;
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner;
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling;
Mentor other engineers when needed and lead by example.
Requirements:
10+ years of professional software engineering experience
(must be real, hands-on experience);
Strong expertise in:
TypeScript;
Node.js;
React.
Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and performance optimization;
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
Experience working on complex, production-grade systems;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
English (Upper-intermediate level, written and spoken).
