Embedded Developer
Acropolium, together with its international partner, is looking for an experienced
Embedded Software Developer
to join a project focused on developing and enhancing embedded Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications.
You will work on Linux-based embedded systems, building reliable and scalable HMI solutions using Qt/QML and C++, while collaborating with an international engineering team.

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance embedded HMI applications using Qt/QML and C++ in Linux environments
Implement new features and improve existing software components
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in embedded systems
Integrate backend services and hardware interfaces into embedded HMI applications
Design, maintain, and execute unit tests for Qt/QML and C++ applications
Participate in source code management using Git workflows
Design scalable and maintainable Qt/QML application architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
At least
2 years of commercial experience
in embedded software development
Strong experience with
Qt/QML development
Solid knowledge of
C++
Experience working with
Embedded Linux
Good understanding of
Git workflows
Experience writing
C++ unit tests
Hands-on experience developing
embedded HMI applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
Nice to Have
Advanced experience with Qt/QML application architecture
Advanced C++ programming skills
Experience with Qt/QML unit testing
Advanced Git workflow knowledge
Experience with
CAN Bus
Experience with
J1939
protocol
Experience integrating hardware interfaces and communication protocols
5+ years of experience in Qt/QML-based embedded development environments
