We are looking for a PM Assistant to join our team and support Project Managers and Delivery Managers in coordinating software development projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Project Management. You will be involved in real client projects, participate in planning and coordination activities, and gradually take ownership of project management responsibilities.

You will work on:
project coordination and communication
task and documentation management
meeting preparation and follow-ups
reporting and project tracking
supporting PMs and Delivery Managers in daily operations

Responsibilities
Assist PMs in managing software development projects
Maintain project documentation in ClickUp and Google Docs
Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items
Track task progress and update project statuses
Support sprint planning and backlog organization
Help coordinate communication between clients and development teams
Prepare weekly status reports and project updates
Support requirements gathering and documentation reviews
Participate in internal project meetings

Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good written and spoken English
Attention to detail and ability to work with structured information
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving mindset
Interest in Project Management and software development processes
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum principles

Nice-to-Haves (but not compulsory)
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PM Assistant, Business Analyst, QA, or Customer Success Specialist
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience working with remote teams
Technical background or IT education
Experience communicating with international clients

Growth Path
This role is designed as a growth position.
The successful candidate will initially work under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and Delivery Managers, gradually taking ownership of project activities and growing into a full Project Manager role.
