Industry: New Energy / International Customer Engagement
Callnovo is looking for a Ukrainian-English Customer Engagement Specialist to support an international new energy project.
This role focuses on professional customer communication, outbound calls, customer information collection, and follow-up support.
We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, conducting structured conversations, and helping identify customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls with Ukrainian-speaking customers/prospects using provided contact information and guidelines.
Communicate professionally in Ukrainian and English.
Conduct structured questionnaires to understand customer needs and collect relevant information.
Identify potential customer interests and provide accurate follow-up guidance.
Record call outcomes and update customer information in CRM or reporting tools.
Follow up with interested contacts and maintain accurate communication records.
Support the project team with customer feedback and status updates.
Requirements
Fluent Ukrainian communication skills (native or near-native level).
Good English communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Professional communication style with a clear speaking voice.
Responsible, organized, and able to follow processes independently.
Stable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
