Middle CRM Manager

We are an international iGaming company with 3+ years of experience and a team of 1,300+ professionals. Our portfolio includes 10+ successful projects across Tier 1–3 markets.
We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. If you have experience working with CRM campaigns, enjoy creating player communications, and want to grow in CRM automation, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Create and launch CRM campaigns across Email, Push, Inbox, Pop-up, and other channels.
Build and edit customer journeys and automated campaigns.
Segment audiences for different campaigns.
Test campaigns before launch to ensure everything works correctly.
Monitor campaign performance and make improvements.
Analyze basic CRM metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).
Participate in A/B testing and optimize communications.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Analytics teams.

Requirements
Experience working with any CRM platform (Smartico, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, or similar).
Understanding of CRM campaigns and customer lifecycle.
Experience with email and push campaigns.
Basic understanding of audience segmentation.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with loyalty programs or gamification.
