We’re looking for a motivated specialist who wants to build a career in payments and grow into a
Merchant Support
role — becoming the go-to person for our clients on everything related to payment processing and account management.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 1+ years of experience who want to grow their career, expand expertise, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing fintech industry.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce
Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure
Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies
English level — B2-C1 (written and spoken)
Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually
Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner
Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira.
Nice to have:
Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
What Merchant support specialist does:
Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods
Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system
Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch)
Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues
Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution
Contribute to internal documentation
