Core Requirements & Tech Stack
5+ years of commercial experience with PHP (Laravel)
3+ years of experience with React
2+ years in a Lead / Tech Lead role
Experience with Magento / Shopware / WooCommerce (at least 2 years)
Strong experience in system architecture design
Experience with high-load / scalable systems
Strong knowledge of APIs, performance, and security
Experience with legacy code and refactoring
Responsibilities
Analyze and improve system architecture (includes creation of diagrams and documentation)
Make and validate technical decisions
Lead developers and ensure delivery quality
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Communicate with stakeholders and third-party integrations
