Junior Customer Support Agent
We’re launching a new project and looking for
Customer Support Agents
who are ready to grow with us and help customers feel heard, supported, and happy.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping customers with their questions and concerns across multiple channels (chat, email, phone, etc.)
Staying in touch with the team during your shift to solve issues faster together
Making sure each customer gets clear, friendly, and helpful responses
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in support? Great! No experience? Also great — we love people who are eager to learn!
You’re okay with rotating shifts: Morning: 07:00—15:00 Evening: 15:00—23:00 Night: 23:00—07:00 (Night shifts come with bonuses 💰)
You’re calm under pressure and genuinely care about helping people
Your English is strong — C1+ in both writing and speaking is a must
