At Swipex, we build modern web products for startups and established businesses across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, entertainment, AI, education, and other industries.
We care about building products that are reliable, maintainable, and enjoyable to use — not just shipping features.
We're looking for a
Strong Junior / Middle Front-End Engineer
who enjoys solving real problems, pays attention to details, and wants to grow together with an experienced engineering team.

What You'll Do
You'll work on production web applications built with modern React and Next.js.
Your daily work will include:
Building new product features.
Translating Figma designs into responsive interfaces.
Integrating REST APIs.
Improving existing functionality.
Fixing bugs and preventing regressions.
Refactoring and improving code quality.
Participating in code reviews.
Working closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

Our Engineering Principles
We believe good software is much more than working code.
We value engineers who:
care about user experience;
pay attention to visual details;
think before they code;
ask questions when requirements are unclear;
keep solutions simple;
write code that teammates enjoy maintaining;
take ownership of the final result.

Code Quality
We care about clean code.
You should be comfortable with:
meaningful naming;
readable project structure;
reusable components;
avoiding unnecessary complexity;
avoiding copy-paste;
following existing architecture;
writing maintainable code instead of clever code;
keeping pull requests clean and focused.
We don't expect perfection.
We expect continuous improvement.

Attention to Detail
Small things matter.
We expect engineers to:
compare implementation with Figma;
notice spacing inconsistencies;
implement interactions correctly;
think about edge cases;
test their own work before requesting review.
Pixel-perfect implementation isn't about perfectionism.
It's about respecting the product and the designer's work.

Working With AI
AI is part of our daily workflow.
We encourage developers to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to improve productivity.
Typical use cases include:
exploring solutions;
understanding unfamiliar code;
generating implementation drafts;
debugging;
writing tests;
refactoring;
documentation.

However, we expect every engineer to:
understand the generated code;
verify correctness;
review security implications;
consider edge cases;
ensure consistency with the existing architecture.
The final responsibility always belongs to the engineer — not the AI.
